お肉の聖地とも呼ばれる芝浦から、総料理長が赴き、自ら吟味し、黒毛和牛を買い付け。

コスパ最強でめちゃくちゃお得なコースを堪能しました。
最初にスターターセットを頂きます。
スターターセットも、
・和牛ユッケ
・和牛サーロインロースユッケ
・牛タン
・和牛ハンバーグ
・和牛盛り合わせ
と超豪華。
スターターセットを食べ終えたら、いよいよおかわり自由タイム。
なんと食べ放題メニューは「30品目」もあるので食べ飽きる事もなく、ひたすら食べまくりました。
食べたメニュー
和牛ネギ塩カルビ/和牛旨辛カルビ/和牛ハラミ/和牛ヒレ切り落とし/ネギたん/レモンタン/牛刺し/白センマイ/牛ハラミすじ煮込み/マルチョウ/シマチョウ/キムチ盛り合わせ/サンチュ/冷麺/自家製杏仁豆腐/自家製プリン/アイス/シャーベット
和牛ユッケは、丸っこいユッケの上に卵が乗っていて可愛いビジュアルが印象的♪
卵と絡めて食べると口の中でとろける。
和牛サーロインロースユッケも飲める柔らかさ。
スターターセットに出てきたハンバーグもふわふわで噛まなくて良いくらい柔らかくて美味しすぎ。
厚切りタンは、分厚くて食べ応え十分。
ほどよく脂が乗っていて肉の甘みと旨みがたまらなかったです。
タンの種類が多いのもタン好きとしては嬉しい。
赤身肉は、どれもサシと赤みのバランスが美しくてA5ランクの良質なお肉ってわかるし、サイドメニューやデザートも充実。
デザートは品切れ以外は全部食べました。
食べ放題のお肉ってイマイチなイメージあって敬遠しがちだけど、WAIGAYAさんのお肉は良質な黒毛和牛が食べ放題だから凄い。
さらに、保健所認可店なので、新鮮な和牛ユッケや牛刺しまで食べ放題で至福の時間でした。
かなりコスパ良いので、めちゃくちゃオススメです。
