WAIGAYAさんはお肉を焼く際に煙が出ず、臭いも気にならない上に余分な脂を落とし、ヘルシーにお肉を味わうことができるヘルシーロースターを取り入れているお店。
今回いただいた究極の食べ飲み放題コースはまず最初にスターターセットが提供され、その後に食べ放題がスタート！
スターターセットの内容は和牛ユッケ、和牛サーロインユッケ、厚切りタン、和牛タン塩、和牛タンすじ、タンのハンバーグ、和牛ハラミの7種類。
和牛ユッケは卵に絡めていただいた。新鮮なユッケで美味しかった！
和牛サーロインユッケはお肉がとてもきれいだったし、とろけるくらい柔らかかった。
厚切りタンは上質なタンでクオリティが高かったし、食べ放題メニューに組み込まれてて嬉しかった！
タンのハンバーグは旨みがつまってて、美味しかったし、タンを使用したハンバーグは珍しいと思った。
キムチ盛り合わせは箸休めとして最適だったし、韓国のりもおつまみとして気に入った。
そして特選和牛サーロインはサッと10-15秒焼いていただいた！上質なお肉で良かった。
ネギタンと和牛ネギ塩カルビはネギがたっぷりで最高だった。食感も楽しむことができたし、お酒がすすむ味付けだった！
ユッケジャンスープは具沢山だったし、甘みも感じられたけど、後から辛さがきてクセになる味だった。
〆のガーリックライスは熱々で美味しかったし、ボリュームもあった。
デザートのアイスとシャーベットは種類が豊富で驚いた！プリンなどもあり、満足度が高かった。
広々とした空間で居心地が良かったし、お料理の提供もスムーズで快適に過ごせた！
