運搬車くらいしか通らないので、かなり穴場です。
与論島フェアとゆーことで伺ったのですが、月曜ということもあってか、12時過ぎで材料到着が遅れているとかでフェアの大半（2/3以上）がないという(^^;
せっかく来たので、与論の何か▪︎▪︎▪︎ということで、島バナナと与論牛のフルーツピザをオーダー、
セットドリンク（+200円）は、（与論とは関係ない）瀬戸内レモネード（無炭酸）をチョイスσ(^_^)
本来はQRで読み込むスタイルのようですが、口頭でも受けていただけます。
計1400円。
オーダー前にサイズを確認させて頂いたところ、「女性お一人様でも問題なく食べられるサイズですよ」とのこと。
違う、足りるかどうかが気になったので▪︎▪︎▪︎と、率直な疑問を投げ掛けてみると、わざわざお皿を持ってきて「この1回り小さいサイズくらいです」という。
そのサイズなら、まぁランチとしても充分か。
7、8分で提供。
果たして、実際にお皿のは3回りほど小さなピザが登場(￣▽￣;)
いや、もしかしたら焼く前は一回りだったのかもしれないけど。
味としては悪くはないですが、正直、食事としては足りませんσ(´・ε・｀*)
もっちり生地の、小ぶりなピザは、最初はバナナの甘さが、続いてそぼろ状の与論牛の塩っけに、爽やかなミントがアクセントを添え、それをクリームチーズが繋ぎ、調和させています。
全く異なる方向性の味たちなのに、バランスがとれていて、面白い(￣ー￣)ｂ
でも▪︎▪︎▪︎（「▪︎▪︎▪︎」が、大事）
言ってくれれば、他のもの頼んだのに(>_<)
テラス席は気持ちいいですが、気を付けないと風でバジル飛んでいきますヾ(ﾟдﾟ;)
今度はメニュー揃っているときに来たいです（座ってから「ありません」と言われても、じゃあ、出ますとは中々言えないので、先に教えて欲しいです）
