今宵の記憶‼️
食べログ歴10数年。今まで投稿した店2500軒以上私が、正直驚いたコース料理を提供する店だった。
同店は周辺に旨い肉（除く焼肉）を食べさせる店がないことから、旨い肉を味わってもらいたい❗️というコンセプトでOPENしたという。友人からの紹介と言うことを差し引いても、ここまでクオリティ、コスパ、量的にも素晴らしい店に出会ったのは人生初。
料理は月ごとに全国から仕入れる絶品の食材（ご当地牛）を使った創作料理の数々。いづれも素晴らしく過去に食べたことがない料理を味わえるのは、食いしん坊にはこのうえない幸せ。現在の食べログ評価は、総合3.07と低いが、個々人の評価では★4.0以上を評価する投稿も数多い。身内投稿と思われる2件を除いても★4.0以上は頷ける。人気店になり予約が取れなくなる前に、ご興味のある方は是非‼️絶対に後悔しないであろう。
