にくたびとさんはJTBが運営する
「るるぶキッチンビルヂング」の
階段登った2,3階にあるレストランで、
2階はテーブル席、3階が洞窟のような半個室で
隠れ家みたいで素敵でした。
乾杯はスパークリングワインと
青森県産のりんごジュースでした。
甘すぎずさっぱりしたりんごジュースは
りんごを食べているような感覚になります。
前菜は洲本市の最高級蒲鉾、あきやま蒲鉾に
コウイカのキムチ和え、
もやしのカレーナムルでした。
あきやま蒲鉾は淡路島近海で獲れた
ハモを贅沢に使った蒲鉾で、
蒸した後にじっくり焼いているので
しっかりした歯ごたえで旨味も
凝縮されていて美味しすぎるんです。
イカキムチはコウイカが柔らかすぎて感動、
キムチも手作りなのか優しい味わいで
イカの甘みも楽しめる一品でした。
カレーナムルもカレー粉を
ただ和えているのではなく、
カレー粉もスパイスをブレンドして
作った拘りの一品で美味しかったです。
ここでドリンク2杯目、洲本市平岡農園の
みかんジュースが普通のみかんジュースと違い
さっぱりしていて飲みやすかったです。
ここからは怒涛のラッシュですが
淡路牛もも肉の叩きがまた柔らかくて
甘くて脂も乗っていて美味しいんです。
淡路島のサワラと野菜のセイロ蒸しは
蓋を開けた瞬間湯気と共にサワラの香りが
立ち上ってうっとりでした。
このサワラをチーズとオリーブオイルの
ソースで食べるとまた濃厚で美味しくて最高でした。
そしてラストが鯖の石焼ビビンバ風です！！
鯖だけじゃなくしっかり牛肉も
入っているので贅沢三昧ですよね。
全部混ぜるときのジュージュー焼ける音が
もう最高すぎました。
鯖の旨味感じるオコゲがまた、
めちゃめちゃ美味しいんです。
このビビンバをセイロ蒸しの
チーズソースを付けて食べても
美味しかったです。
