駅から近いけれど、この小路には普段入らないなぁ、というディープな場所にあるお店。
急な階段を登り降りするので、特にお酒の入った帰りは気をつけたいところ。
5000円のコースに飲み放題をつけました。
★前菜3種(あきやま蒲鉾・イカキムチ・もやしのカレーナムル)
★肉料理(淡路牛もも肉叩き)
★蒸し物(淡路島のサワラと野菜)
★〆(鯖の石焼ビビンバ風)
という内容でした。
コース料理としては品数少ないものの、一品一品のボリュームが多めで最後はしっかりおなかいっぱい。
全体的に淡路島の食材を使ったコース。
前菜で印象に残ったのは「あきやま蒲鉾」。
淡路島で古くから蒲鉾を作っているそうで、今まで食べた蒲鉾の中で私としてはかなり上位のおいしさ。
魚の風味と程よい塩気がお酒と良く合う。
淡路牛もも肉叩きは、とても柔らかくてお肉の旨みにも満足。
蒸し物は、蓋をあけるとサワラと野菜。
チーズソースが出てきました。
チーズのオリーブオイルとコショウで構成されたソース、これがまた良いお味。
サワラの淡白な味がオシャレに変身。
シメの鯖の石焼きビビンバ風も良かった!
淡路牛のそぼろ、鯖、小松菜、生卵が入っていて熱々でおこげが良い香り。
栄養面でも嬉しいシメでした。
飲み放題のドリンクが私には高ポイント。
スパーリングワインを注文したら、岩手県のヴィレというものでした。
後味すっきりの果実の甘みを堪能できるおいしいスパーリング。
ほうじ茶ハイは、静岡のほうじ茶。
香りが良くて、これまた満足。
淡路島のみかんジュースも濃厚で、おいしいのでおかわり。
ドリンクもビール以外は国産で強いこだわりを感じた飲み放題。
日本各地のおいしいものを食せる、他にはない面白いお店です。
