食べログサイトを見ていて見つけた、面白そうなお店。
お肉中心で、ポップで新しいイメージのお店でした。
どうやら、その都度、その時に推している地域のメニューを提供しているらしい。
面白い！アンテナショップ好きなので、こういうのは大好きです。
お店は立ち飲みが1階、2階3階が居酒屋さんになっている模様。
2階に上がると、ちょっとノスタルジックな雰囲気の装飾。長野県辰野町の食材が販売されています。3階に通され、メニューはパンフレットのようになっていて、選びやすい。
半個室のテーブル席で、モニターが設置されて、モニターには長野県の風景の映像が流れています。
コースの方が、アラカルトにないメニューもある、と言われましたが、今回はアラカルトで☺️
◎ポルケッタローストクリーム 豚肉がミルフィーユのようになっていて、その間に野沢菜が挟まれています！！ホワイトクリームと豚肉と野沢菜、すごく合います(^-^)
◯ぼたんこしょう肉詰めフリット ピーマンのようなシシトウのような食感でピリ辛です！初めて出会いました。
◎桜茶豆 空豆よりも小さく、かやぶき茶豆と出汁がなんともちょうどよく、箸がよく進みました^_^
○鴨胸肉の冷たい冷製、アカシア蜂蜜がけ
スッキリとした味わい、アカシア蜂蜜の自然な甘さが合いました。
◎牡蠣南蛮お蕎麦 牡蠣がぷりぷりしていて、お蕎麦も量があり食べ応えありました。
◎牛タンえごま味噌朴葉焼き 甘い朴葉味噌が合います！牛タンがコリコリしていて、秋の味覚と共に味わいました。
色んな新鮮なメニューを楽しめ、また期間をかえて来てみようかなぁと思います。
