この日は以前働いていた会社の同僚と久々の飲み会。
料理12品+飲み放題付きコースを頂きました。
まず、とにかく一品一品のクオリティが高い。
ポテトサラダはカリカリのベーコンと半熟卵がのっていて勿論美味しい。
レバ刺しは胡麻油ベースのタレに漬けてあって、胡麻の風味がしっかりしている。
口に入れるととろける。大好き。
面白いのがみたらし団子を豚バラで巻いた串焼き。
みたらしの甘さと豚の旨味って合うんですね！食感も外カリ中もちで面白い。
最後には黒毛和牛の握りまで出てきて大満足！
目の前で炙ってくれるのがまた良い。
他にも大きいねぎまや、千切りしたメークインのサラダなどが出て(写真撮り忘れました泣)、しかも飲み放題ついて¥4,950- 。破格ですね(笑)
渋谷には本店があるそうですが、かなりの人気で中々予約がとれないみたいです。
新宿は狙い目です✨
