こちらは、夜は「ダイナーファイブガロン」というバーで間借りなのかおそらく系列で昼のみだけ生パスタ専門店を9月21日にオープン＼(^_^)／
下にある１階のラーメン屋「麺屋我論」さんは姉妹店。

生パスタに自慢のスープをたっぷり吸わせて、チーズをトロトロに焦がしたピリ辛ミートパスタ。
・ジェノベーゼ(1,200円)
・レモンクリーム(1,000円) ……… 皮ごと食べれる無農薬の国産レモンを使用でブラックペッパーとの香り、ピールのフレッシュな香りが楽しめる❗コクがあるのにあっさり食べれる。
全てのパスタにバケットとサラダが付きます。
・極上の牛スジカレー(900円) ………… マツコの知らない世界で美味しいと話題。サラダ付です(^-^)v
飲み物はかなり安く、ソフトドリンク(200円)でランチワイン(200円)とランチビール(500円)で提供。
私は、ジェノベーゼが大好きなのでジェノベーゼ(1,200円)を注文しました。
こちらは、淡路島の生パスタを使用。

美味しい❗やっぱり、ジェノベーゼは素晴らしい。バジルの香りと生パスタのモチモチとした食感が同時に味わえ最高です。トマトともうまくマッチし、本当に旨い❗生パスタの良さが分かります。バケットはいるかはわかりません(^_^;)
ボルケーノとレモンクリームとカレーも食べてみたい＼(^^)／
店員の女性もキレイな方でよかったです(^^)
