セットはかなりボリュームありました。
肉厚に切ってあるし、お肉の量も多くて、一人前を頼んだらそれで十分じゃないかと思います。
にんにくの丸焼き、普段、ニンニク嫌いの僕ですが、先輩が注文するので、数粒食べてみたああら不思議。におわないし、ホクホクしたお芋みたい。
野菜が玉ねぎしかなく、ジンギスカンだともやしやキャベツがミックスされているケースが多いのですが、玉ねぎだけでもシンプルでよかったです。
ラム肉！高たんぱく低カロリーで、翌朝体重を測定したら、体脂肪、体重が増えずに筋肉量だけふえてました（笑）
