本日はジンギスカン気分♪
新宿3丁目の飲み屋街に今回もお邪魔。
外国人客も沢山で賑わってましたー
稀少なラム肉のホルモンやたたき、ユッケがあると予約して行ってきましたv
店内は狭めですがテーブルとかベタベタではなくて綺麗にしてる、ポイント高い！
お隣さんと近めですがここ辺りの居酒屋はこんな感じですかね、まずはオススメされた
極セット(上肩ロース、プレミアム、ランプ)を注文。これでお腹いっぱいになると思います。野菜は少なめ(玉ねぎのみ)なので別に注文がオススメとのこと。
ニラもやしも頼みました。
ラム肉のたたき、レモンサワーで乾杯♪
ラム肉は臭み一切なくほんとお肉のたたきで美味しい！卓上にあるクミン塩、にんにく、練り唐辛子、すりごまで食べても美味しいです。
タレがちょっと甘めで好みじゃなかったのですが、私的にクミン塩＋にんにくが最高。
どの部位がどれか分からなくなったのですが、普通の上肩ロースが美味しかったかな。
ラム肉の風味は一切ないわけではなかったですが、味はジューシーで美味しい！味も◯。牛肉より脂がくどくなく食べやすいのはなぜだろう。
そして1番のヒットはラムハツ(塩だれ)ハツはどの動物のハツもクセがないからラムハツも美味しかった。
〆はつけ麺のあつもり、鰹出汁？をタレで割ってラム挽肉を入れて食べるらしいけど出汁だけでも◯
あとドリンクはメガジョッキがオススメ。3杯分位ありそう。やっぱり定番のラムチョップやステーキ、頼まなかったけどラムホルモンも気になります。
店員さんも親切で良かったです。ひっきりなしだったので予約必須です。
