久し振りに歌舞伎町で飲む。
急に飲もうという話になり、せっかく飲むなら久しぶりに歌舞伎町へ行こうかとなり。
以前、このビルの焼き鳥部門（？）に伺ったこともあったので、こちらを予約して、と。
釧路 新宿東口店、釧路には行ったことがありません。
予約時間より早めに着いたので、店員さんに確認すると、早めに入れますよ、とのこと。
ご厚意に甘えてビル四階へ、全席半個室の様です。
室内はやや狭めですが、2人で飲むなら十分なスペース。
コースも用意されていますが席だけ予約、今夜はアラカルトでお願いしました。
それでは瓶ビール630円で乾杯。
今夜は歌舞伎町で二人お疲れ様会♪
陽気が良くなってきたので、開口一番のビールがどんだけ美味いね。
お通し代わりにお願いした、梅水晶490円。
サメの軟骨のコリコリ感、キュウリのシャキシャキ感、梅肉の酸味、ビールもお喋りも進みます。
野菜を食べようと、4種類用意されているサラダの中から、生ハムシーザーサラダ790円。
瑞々しいレタスを中心にトマト、キュウリなどの国産野菜がたっぷり。
ドレッシングが生ハムの美味しさを引き立てます。
盛り合せがあれば見逃せないと、お任せ刺身３品盛り合わせ990円。
今夜の盛り合せはサーモン、白ミル貝、マグロ。
二人で伺ったのですが三切れ、取り合えば足らず、譲り合えば余る、なのなか。
あっという間にビールを飲み終わってしまい、私はレモンサワー420円。
今夜もサワー通しで楽しもうと思っていたら、友人がワインを飲みたいという。
訊けば自宅では飲んでいたけど、外で飲むの久しぶりなので、ボトルで飲みたいという。
いいでしょう、付き合いますよ。
BAROLO 2018、グラスでの提供は用意されておらず、ボトルで3980円。
『バローロとはイタリア・ピエモンテ南部ランゲ地方の限られた地域で作られるネッビオーロ種100%の赤ワイン。
「イタリアワインの王様」と呼ばれています。
タンニンの含有量が非常に多く、30年以上の長期熟成に適した、まさに王様の名に相応しいワインです。』
居酒屋のワインクーラーに入れて提供され、ゆっくり飲んでも温まらない気遣いが、美味しいワインをさらに美味しくさせますね。
さてラム料理、ラム串盛り合わせ950円。
ジンギスカン串、ラム上肩ロース串、ラムタン串、ラムハツ串、ラムうで串。
部位毎に薬味を変えてあって、それぞれ独特の味わいでとても美味しい。
もう一品ラム料理を食べたくて、生ラム赤身肉のユッケ890円。
生肉の食感は牛豚鶏とは異なり、羊でしか楽しめない味わい。
羊肉だからといって臭みがどう、って言う時代は遙か昔のことなんだな。
〆と言うことでもないけど、最後にいくらこぼれ手巻き寿司690円。
すっかり話しが盛り上がってしまい、最後はお寿司にしました。
美味しい羊肉、美味しい赤ワインをご馳走様でした。
