新宿にある「焼鳥 みかど」さんを訪問。
新宿のオシャレ系の焼き鳥屋さんです。
本日は、会合で利用させてもらいました。
早い時間に訪問すると、金額がお得なコースがあるので、「みかど焼鳥早割コース」(8800円税込)をオーダーしました。
新宿らしい雑居ビルの最上階にあるお店です。
エレベーターを降りるとオシャレな内装が広がります。
個室越しの窓から見える景色が、とても綺麗で、オシャレな利用の仕方が向いている感じがします。
カウンター席に通されて、コースが始まります。
以下、順番に。
ーコースー
□ お野菜のテリーヌ
導入の一皿。
お野菜多めで、良い感じのお味でした。
□ ハツモト
脂感もあるハツモト。
これは中々美味しかったです。
□ 椎茸
大きめの椎茸。
こちらはサイズ的にも満足感はありました。
□ ノレソレ
アナゴの稚魚。
こちらも面白いのですが、提供するならボリュームがあった方が良いかもしれません。
□ ササミ
黒胡椒の乗ったササミ。
面白い試みで、美味しく頂戴しました。
□ パイタンスープ
濃厚なパイタンスープ。
塩味が少し足りない印象があったのと、提供するなら、もう少しボリュームがあっても良いかなと思いました。
□ 合鴨
粒マスタードの乗った合鴨。
□ つくね
詰まった印象のあるつくね。
塩味ですが、割と満足できました。
□ レバー
半生系のレバー。
トロッとしているのですが、もう少しポーション大きいと満足感がある気がします。
□ もずく
シャキシャキ感のあるもずく。
□ 銀杏
銀杏の塩焼き。美味しく頂戴しました。
□ 卵焼き
プリンタイプの一口卵焼き。
甘さがあり、カスタードプリンのようでした。
□ むね肉
少しパサパサ感があり、期待していたのとは異なる印象がありました。

□ 赤
弾力感のある特製のモモ肉。
焼き具合も良く、モダン焼き鳥という感じです。
□ ソリレス
同じく、弾力感のあるソリレス。
ー締めー
□ 親子丼(４種類からチョイス)
半熟卵の親子丼。
かなりジャバジャバ系で、美味しいのですが、もう少し固めでも良いかなと思いました。
□ 杏仁豆腐
濃厚な杏仁豆腐。
美味しいのですが、もう少しボリュームがあると良いのにと思いました。
総評です。
全体的にモダンなオシャレ系の焼き鳥屋さんで、どれも、美味しく食べれるように提供されています。
想像した感じで、期待を裏切る感じはないのですが、若干ポーションが小さいかなと思ったりはしました。
そのため、迫力がないというか、インフレなので仕方ない面はあるのですが、もう少し、ポーションに迫力があると良いのだけどとは思いました。
あとドリンクも、赤ワインのグラスを頼んだのですが、こちらも一杯当たりの量が少ないかなという印象は受けました。
接客は、レベル差があり、物凄く素晴らしい一生懸命な方とそうではない方の落差があるかなとは思いました。
全体的に悪いわけではないですが、少し対応が悪い方が目立つ感じは受けました。
お支払いは、クレジットカードで済ませました。
領収書は、インボイス対応済みです。
