新宿三丁目駅（東京メトロ丸の内線、副都心線他）からすぐの場所にある人気全国寿司チェーン。店内は広く、多くのテーブル席があります。１人用のカウンター席もあります。専用のアプリからテーブルの予約も可能。GWに予約をした上で訪問しています。
なお、アプリから現在地から近い店舗の空き状況の一覧を見ることができるので、予約をしていない場合は、混雑状況をチェックしてから訪問すると良いでしょう。
寿司は150円の皿がほとんど。アプリで「各店舗の品切れ情報」を見ることができるのは良心的。今回は期間限定メニューで「本鮪赤身」100円がありました。２カンで100円っていうのは円安などで魚介類の値段が高騰している中、奇跡的な価格と言って良いと思います。あくまでも100円の寿司としての評価ですが、素晴らしい。
色々食べてみましたが、個人的には「イワシ」150円が一番美味しいと思いました。シャリを小さめにすることも可能（値段は一緒です）。
もちろん伝統的な寿司とは全く違うもので、厳しい言い方をすれば「酢飯にネタをのせただけ」なのですが、CPは素晴らしく人気に納得です。
