東京メトロと都営地下鉄が交差する東新宿駅のすぐ上、新宿7丁目交差点のすぐ横にあるのがこちらのカフェで、朝から営業しているので利用させていただきました。すぐ傍には夜の喧騒が静まり返り、束の間の休息を取り戻している歌舞伎町というロケーションです。
平日の朝8時過ぎに訪問しました。こちらのお店ですが、他にも数店舗展開されているものの、店名が示す通り、愛煙家御用達のカフェで、通常なら嫌煙家の私は縁遠いお店です。ただ、ここ東新宿のお店だけは1Fが禁煙スペースになっているため、私も利用可能かなと思ったという次第です。
入店すると、確かに煙草の感じはありません。ドトールさんとかと同じですね。
レジで会計です。お得なモーニングセットのカルツォーネ（ピザ＆チーズ）を購入です。飲み物はホットの紅茶。500円です。
食事のお味は他のカフェチェーンとの際を感じることはありませんでしたが、電源が各席にあったり、光の入り方も大きな窓があったりして良いなど、居心地はなかなか良い感じでした。
2Fは愛煙家スペースらしいのですが、1Fに居る限り煙草の影響は感じませんでした。
3時間ほど利用し、作業も捗りまして滞在としては良かったと思います。
