今月は仕入先さんと食事に行くことが多く。
今日の方は埼玉方面の方だったので、新宿まで出たほうが帰りも近いからいいかな、と。
当日急遽検索したところこちらに空きがあり。
コースで予約しました。¥7,500の匠コースが一番人気とのことで、素直にそれに。
紀伊国屋書店の真ん前のビル、９階。駅からも近くていいですね。
18:00訪問だったので、店内はまばら。
当日予約できたくらいだから、空いてるのかな？と思いましたが、結果的にはほぼ満席になっていました。
人気ないわけではないんですね。
最初に出た厚切りタンと薄切りタンの２種がとても美味しく、驚かされました。
その後の肉も全体的にレベルは高く、おじさん２人が食べるには本当にちょうど良い量。
若い方だと、このコースでは足りないかな？昔の私なら２人前は軽く食べていたでしょうが、今はもうこのくらいが充分。
前菜で出た、ユッケにウニが乗っているのも美味しいし
赤身含めハズレの肉はひとつもありませんでした。
厳選されたものをひと切れずつ出している感じですね。
騒がし過ぎず、かつ静か過ぎず、本当にちょうど良い雰囲気。新宿のいい感じのお店です。
窓際だと高いところからの景色が見えますが、西口に比べると雑多感があるのも乙かもしれません。
最後のアイス（チーズケーキみたい）も最高でした。
また来たいお店です。
