Usage: Sunday, 2 people reservation. It was like a private Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), and there was an electric stove, so I wonder if it was originally a shabu shabu restaurant? I wonder if it's in the same space as shabu shabu-shabu restaurant above? Tasting course: 7800 ○ 3 types of kimchi, 3 types of namul. It was quite sour. The portions were plentiful and made me want to drink beer. ○ Salad: Chinese cabbage salad! A Japanese-style kelp mayonnaise dressing. It was crunchy and delicious! ○ Grilled yukhoe with homemade yukhoe sauce. Eggs were soft and runny. ○ Matsusaka beef platter: Kalbi, loin ○ Japanese black beef: Kalbi, loin, skirt steak. Compare Matsusaka beef and regular Japanese beef. When you eat them together, you can really see the difference! The fineness of the fingers and the sweetness of the marbling are as you would expect from Matsusaka beef! ○ Japanese beef leek tongue. Thin slices of the middle to tip of the tongue are topped with plenty of green onions. You want to grill it before putting it on, so it might be better to have a small plate all together! It's crunchy and chewy and delicious! ○ Final course: Choose between rice or Cold Noodles ○ Dessert: Smooth egg pudding This is so delicious! There's a lot of food, but you can eat it all! + Wagyu beef tongue The same thin slices as before, from the middle to the base of the tongue.
