Maybe it's a reaction to the fasting week, but I'm eating meat again. What was the point of those two weeks? lol My weight went back to normal all at once, but I feel lighter. I'm walking faster, so I'll call it a good thing. It feels like an adult restaurant, and it's enchanting. After all, when you get to a certain age, rather than all-you-can-eat, you want to carefully select delicious meat and eat it properly. This is a whole Matsusaka cow. Regular Wagyu? What's regular? lol, the skirt steak and loin from Matsusaka, and the skirt steak and loin from Matsusaka are served side by side, so you can enjoy a luxurious taste comparison. It might have been good to try it blindfolded, like on a ranking program. Well, I can definitely tell this. The regular meat was quite high quality, but after eating Matsusaka's first-class product, I couldn't say anything more. It was really, really delicious. They use a charcoal grill, but the smoke is properly sucked into the top, so it's reassuring. I think this was probably a hotpot-focused Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) before? They cover the induction cooker with a cloth and put the charcoal grill on top of that. They're working hard and being creative without spending a lot of money. The customer service, while not perfect, is fresh and I really liked the way they tried their best. Thank you. I'd recommend this restaurant to others.
