新宿でのランチ。
新宿西口の有名ラーメン店が並ぶ路地へ。
このあたりはしょっちゅう訪れる訳ではありませんが、
焼肉屋の見慣れない看板があり、行ってみることに。
ビルの4階へ。
13時頃の入店で、先客後客0。
店内はテーブルがぎゅっと並び、
いずれも無煙ロースターがついています。
ランチメニューは30種類ぐらいあり、
肉はA5ランクと、それ以外に分けられています。
A5ランクだと2000円前後、
それ以外だと1000円未満といった感じでしょうか。
タン塩と中落ちカルビをシェア。
5分ほどで提供です。
ロースターで驚いたのは
カセットコンロなのですね。
肉を焼くと炎が出るぐらいの強い火力でした。

平皿を埋め尽くす肉。
ボリュームがある。
凍ったままだが、どのみち焼くので
下手に解凍されるよりいい。
タンらしいこきゅこきゅした食感が〇。
中落ちカルビ。
ぶつ切りで厚みがある。
やわらかい肉質で、これもいい。
1000円未満の焼肉ランチとして
満足の肉質。
ご飯おかわり自由で量も十分。
