焼肉トラジの埼玉で育てられている和牛から特別いいお肉を提供しているのが牛印さんです。
牛印コースを頼みました！
コースにはないタンが出していただいたり
フルアテンド制というお店の焼きのプロが焼いていただけるので最高の状態で食べられる幸せ感はやばいです！
タンも網の上で焼いてから蓋をして全体に熱を通して
表面はカリカリで中は柔らかくプロの技だと感心しました！
同じお肉でも自分で焼いたらこんなに美味しくは焼けないなぁーと思いながら楽しみました。
コース全体がとても美味しいですがやっぱりシャトーブリアンサンドは特別柔らかくステーキソースが絶妙で素晴らしく美味しかったです♪
箸もお持ち帰りできるので家でも使いたいと思います。
お肉のこだわりも感じられて大変美味しくいただきました！
