新宿西口からすぐ！銀座の姉妹店ということで
気になり予約して行ってきました。
入り口から高級感ただよいます。
土曜の夜に贅沢にスペシャルコースをいただいてきました。
・牛テールのコラーゲンスープ
優しい味で一口目にふさわしかったです。
・肉寿司
綺麗な艶のある肉寿司でした。何もつけずに
このままいただきます。
・牛タンの赤ワイン煮込み
柔らかで口の中でとろけます。一口サイズですが
しっかりとワイン煮込みされ美味しかったです。
・厚切りタン塩と厳選赤み2種
アスパラとマッシュルームぞえ
プロのスタッフさんが焼いてくださいます。
私はウェルダンが好きなので、焼き加減を
きいてよく焼いてくれました。お皿の盛り付けまで丁寧です。山椒、味噌、塩、レモンとお好みで。どれも柔らかくてとても美味しかったです。
・いちごの入った季節サラダ
口直しにぴったり！さっぱりします。
・シャトーブリアンステーキサンド
虎ノ門のベーカリーパンも一緒に焼いていきます。フルーティなソースをかけて赤みのまま
お肉をサンド！分厚いサンドにたまりませんね。
・水キムチ
赤いキムチを想像してましたが、こちらは辛さのないお口直しの水キムチです。フルーツでさっぱりです。
・本日の厳選赤身たれ焼き2種と
特選ロースのトリュフ焼きすき
最後の締めにふさわしいレパートリーです。
けずっていただきトリュフがふんだんにかかる
お肉は最高傑作です。卵とからめていただき
なんとも贅沢な一皿でした。
・筍和牛土鍋ご飯
筍と和牛がたくさん入っていて嬉しかったです。
最後の最後までお肉を楽しめてよかった。
・素冷麺
最後にさっぱりとしめていただきました。
・デザート
桜モンブランと白いコーヒープリン
白いのにコーヒー味！手作りだそうでこれは驚きました。コーヒー豆をきちんと使用してますが
茶色にならないのはすごい！
桜モンブランとどちらもとても美味しかったです。
2時間近くいただいた大満足のコースでした！
ドリンクはノンアルコールワイン3点セット
・ドゥレスラウンドジンジャー
・ドゥレスエレガントアップル
・ドゥレスカオスグレープ
3点とも食事によく合い、おいしかったです。
またぜひ行きたいです！
