晩ご飯から12時間以上が経過して
お腹空っぽの夜勤明けの朝11時。
まだランチタイムには微妙に早くて開いている店が少ない新宿。
東南口を出て適当に開いている店を探して…
牛カツ屋さんは早くも大行列、お腹空っぽでさっさと食べたい今日、行列はダメです。
その隣のうどん屋さん、
山下本気うどんは神楽坂などで見ていましたけど…ちょっとオシャレなうどん？ちょっとお高いさぬきうどん？というイメージ。
空いているようだから入ってみましょう。
店内は先客なし。
２階もあるようだけど、この時間は１階だけで壁向きのカウンターがメイン。
オーダーはタブレット。
釜明太醤油バターうどん 1080円。
麺がやわやわ…讃岐うどんでこれはありえない…まるで博多うどんみたい。
茹で置いてお湯で温めて出すのでしょう。
駅の立ち食い蕎麦でも生麺茹でたてが当たり前の時代にこれはダメです。
後客２名も私と同じ男性おひとり様。
客層もうどんもよくわからないお店。
空いているお店というのはそんなお店なのですね。
