おいしいパスタが食べたくて「そういえば！」と思いつき訪問。
有楽町ITOCiAに入ってる店舗へは何回か行ってるのですが、新宿店は初訪問。
駅東口から徒歩５分程のビルの2階。
黄色い看板に大きく店名が書かれていてとてもわかりやすいです。
入口で手の消毒をしていると、すぐに店員さんが気づき声をかけてもらえました。些細なことですが嬉しいです。
そして１人でも入りやすい雰囲気なのがありがたい。
金曜日の19時くらいに訪問したので、ひきりなしにお客さんは来てましたが１人や２人で来ているお客さんは食事が終わるとあまり長居せず席を立っていたので回転率良さげ。
隣の席同士の間隔がかなり狭いので、満席状態だとちょっと居心地は悪いのかも…。
本日の注文。
「グリーンサラダ（にんじんドレッシング）」単品
「姫鯛とアスパラのペペロンチーノ～アンチョビ風味～」+ドリンクセット(アイスコーヒー)
サラダ+ドリンクセットもあるのですが、それだとサラダが小さく物足りない。
本日は野菜をモリモリ食べたい気分だったので、単品注文。
シャキシャキとした野菜とまろやかなにんじんドレッシングがおいしくて木のボールいっぱいに盛られていましたがペロッと完食。
パスタは季節限定が気になりつつ（春キャベツとか…）いつも食べてしまうメニューを今回も注文。
ででんっとパスタ麺の上に鎮座している姫鯛は半身程ががつかわれていて、身は厚くしっとりと丁度よい加減に調理されていてとてもおいしい。
パスタ麺に絡まるソースはガーリックや唐辛子の主張が強すぎるわけでもなく、アンチョビの塩気がなんとも絶妙。
もちもち生パスタ麺との相性をよく計算されたすばらしい一皿だなと食べる度に感動させられ、帰宅する頃にはまた食べたいと思うほどに自分にはかなりドンピシャなお店です。
