歌舞伎町一番街にオープンした珍しい備長炭焼肉のお店「炭治郎」にお邪魔してきました。メリーゴーランド盛りがSNSでも話題ですよね。店内入ってすぐ目に飛び込んでくるお肉の冷蔵庫が圧巻！食べ放題もありましたが、今回は人気NO1だという5980円のコースをお願いしてみました。
先ずは生ビールで乾杯です。すべてお店で手作りしているというキムチの盛り合わせとナムルの盛り合わせにはポテトサラダもラインナップ！山芋キムチがしゃくしゃくしていて美味しいです。シーザーサラダもたっぷり。
そしてのっけから登場した肉盛りが衝撃のビジュアル！花咲タンに厚切りハラミ、上ロースに中落ちカルビ。さらに和牛ユッケまで盛り込まれていました。花咲タンは良くありますが、備長炭で焼くのは初めて！食感が全然違いますね。堪らずにチャミスルを！ロックのチャミスル、進んじゃいます。
黒毛和牛の新鮮ホルモンはなんと豪華6種盛り。お薬味たっぷりのハツと上ミノが良いツマミになりました。続いて登場したのは国産鶏せせり。実はこちら牛や豚だけに止まらず、鶏はもちろん羊や蝦夷鹿、猪などのジビエもいただけてしまうのですって！それを目当てにくる方もいるそうですよ。
そして〆にいただいた特製冷麺が本場韓国レベルで幸せな気持ちに。次回こそメリーゴーランド盛り！
