ランチは2度目です。
生魚はあまり得意でないと言う女性とお伺いしました。
天ぷらは最高に美味しかったし、お寿司もこのお店ならまた一緒に行ってあげると帰り道に言われました笑
3度目のランチを翌週に予約済みなのは秘密です。
別の女性とお邪魔します笑
ランチで伺って食後にお店で別日の夜予約してしまいました。
私はグルメではありません。
ただ色々な方と食事をする機会が少し多いだけです。
口コミも自分用の忘備録として時々書いているだけです。
写真もつけた事はありませんでした。
今回初めて口コミとして書いています。写真付きです笑
ランチも夜もコースで頂きました。
びっくりしました。
天ぷらも寿司も派手さはありません。ネタも決して大きくありません。
が、美味しいんです。少なくとも私にとっては寿司も天ぷらも最高です。銀座も地方の港町の寿司も天ぷらも吹き飛びました。
ネタの鮮度？ボリューム？産地？どうでも良いです笑
もちろん良い物を使っているんでしょう。
それらを技術によって１つにまとめて、ただ美味しい物にした感じです。シャリ、ネタ、衣、何が突出して美味しいかは不要、寿司として天ぷらとして美味しい！
あくまで個人の感想ですが、最高に素晴らしいお店に出会いました。是非またお伺いさせて頂きます！

仕事がら海外に行ったり海外からの来客もありますが、ここまでお皿や盛り付けにこだわるコース料理は珍しいと思います。
