会社の同僚と月曜日から飲み会！
同僚が予約してくれたのが、私が前々から気になっていたリブランド後の塚田農場。
暖簾が可愛くなってて、さらにシックな真っ白な壁。大人な雰囲気のある外観なのよね〜
階段を降りていくと、可愛い店員さんと塩顔イケメンの店員さん。あれ？と気づいたのが、塚田農場といえば甚兵衛みたいな洋服だったイメージなのですがオシャレなエプロンにユニフォームが変わっています。それもまた良き。
店内は少し薄暗いオレンジ照明で、テーブルが角がないものが多く、大きなオシャレカウンターが。デートで使えそうな感じの作り。
店内は満席で、少々テーブル同士の距離感が近いものの、会話はそこそこできるぐらいの賑やかさ。

まずお通しはビシソワーズでこれはお酒との塩梅がちょうど良い。最近のスープをお通しに出すのが居酒屋の流行りなんですかね。
「粋夏ソルティードッグ」は真っ赤な色に可愛いグラスで中にはスイカのアイスがはいってました。夏夏強いw
塚田といえば地鶏の炭火焼き。炭がいい香りを醸し出していて最高。柚子胡椒もさっぱりとしていて美味。
霧島鶏のささみ。こちらは焼き鳥なのですがどちらかというと蒸し焼きに近い感じで上に乗っているわさびがいいアクセント。
塚田のポテサラは半熟の卵がのっているこの卵を崩して食べるのがたまりません。
かつおポテトフライはポテトの中でも大好きなシューストリング型のフライドポテト。カツオの出汁の香りがこってりとしていてはしがとまりません。
地鶏たたき葱まみれはみんなに好評で、病みつきになるやわらかい胸肉のたたき。臭みがなくとても食べやすかったです。
ニラ釜玉はオレンジ色の卵が濃厚でお醤油を刺して食べるほど甘味が増します。
霧島鶏のチキン南蛮は小さなチキン南蛮でおつまみサイズ。
おつまみ焼きホルモンは、鉄板に敷いてあるキャベツまでがとても美味しい。
とても楽しい会になりました。またいきます。
