東京メトロ・都営地下鉄の新宿3丁目、東新宿、新宿御苑駅が最寄りになるでしょうか、東京医大通りに面したビジネスホテル内にあるかき氷のお店。
ホテルのエントランスを入って左手すぐにあり、カウンター6席のみ。右手は広々としたホテルロビーとなっています。
かき氷メニューは、10種程度。苺っぽいデザインで中はピスタチオのビジュピシュターシュ、ミントが生えてるチョコとミントの庭、マンゴーパッション、ブルーベリーミルク、すももミルク、THEスイカ、THEメロン、黒胡麻ピーナッツバター、黒胡麻と白味噌。ラムレーズンは水金限定、パイナップルジャスミンは平日限定。
どれも気になりますが、ピスタチオとレモンベリー¥1,600を。先払いで、お茶とお水はセルフ。
トッピングのクラッシュピスタチオがとても香ばしくていいアクセント。ピスタチオ感の強い濃厚なソースもいいし、ベリーが甘すぎず、レモンの酸味も強すぎずで飽きない。ピスタチオがメインでベリーが部分的なバランスもいい。氷の中にもソースが入っていて、最後まで飽きずに美味しくいただきました。
また食べたいです。お店の方が試作されていた桃とレモングラスも気になります。
平日の昼間は待たずに入れましたが、お店の方によれば、この暑い時期、土日は予約が必須とのこと。
お店の方の対応は好感が持てました。
