・スープ
鰹節を中心とした魚介ベースのあっさり目の鰹節豚清湯スープ。東京は濃厚豚骨ってのが多い印象だったので、いい意味で東京らしくないつけ麺。あっさりながらも醤油のコクが感じられて美味い
・麺
流水でしっかり締められた麺はコシがあってツルモチ食感！麺は3種類盛られていて、❶ 全粒粉入り『小麦ブラン麺』❷ 小麦風味感じる『艶もち麺』❸コシが半端ないきしめんのような雰囲気な『極平麺』どれもスープとの相性バッチリ。
・具材
海苔、メンマ、小松菜、トロトロのチャーシューがスープの中に！中でもチャーシューは画像で伝わりきらないのが残念だが、箸で持つと超ぷるぷる。あっさりつけ麺なので、チャーシューの脂身は丁度いい。

麺が3種類のつけ麺があると聞いて行ってみたら、ひとつひとつに特徴があり、共通してつるしこ食感の麺は喉越しさわやかで美味しかった。全粒粉愛好家としては、小麦ブラン麺は風味・食感共によく、1番好みの麺でした。また、チャーシューは本当に柔らかく口の中でとろけます。麺をとってもスープも抜け目なく、おすすめしたいつけ麺屋です。
