仕事終わり新宿経由で帰宅しようとしましたが、なんか食べたいと思い
新宿駅で降りてみました。南口で立ち止まり自分が何を食べたいか
自問自答するために立ち止まる。毎回この時間は瞑想くらい大事。
焼肉の気分が沸々と、湧き上がり、一人で焼肉はむずいよなあと葛藤し
一旦ルミネにイン。とりあえず、エレベーターでレストランの階に。
フラフラしてると、韓国料理のお店が。
僕自身、韓国料理が好きではなく、好んで入らないのですが、
最近、tiktokでサムギョプサルの美味しそうな動画を散々みまして
むしろサムギョプサルというより、ごま油×塩の口になってまして
意を決して入ってみることに。
もうサムギョプサル一択で、こちらを注文。
◆三元豚サムギョプサルセット 1,650円
案の定女性の方達で盛り上がりを見せる中、カウンターに通され静かに待機。
5分ほどで着丼。ごま油と塩はついてなかったので、追加で注文。
いざ実食。
どうせ安いからお肉も薄く、鉄板で出てきたので、
パリパリのサムギョプサルが来るんだろうなあと思ってたら
割とプリプリの状態で食べれてびっくり。めちゃめちゃ美味い。
惣菜系は食べなかったが、めちゃめちゃ満足なセットでした。
お箸の持ち方めちゃめちゃバグってるので、鉄の薄めのお箸は
かなり持ちにくく苦労しました笑
