平日の夜に予約をして２人で初訪問しました。新宿駅からすぐ近くの好立地です。
KOBE YAKITORI STAND 野乃鳥 新宿店は、関西や人形町にある「野乃鳥」系列のようで、先日日本橋店が美味しかったので、新宿のこちらも訪問してみました。
新宿横丁の中にあり、日本橋店よりもカジュアルな内装・価格にて焼鳥をいただけましたが、紀州備長炭で兵庫地鶏や銘柄鶏を焼いており、味は抜群に美味でした。
この日は７串ついたコース３３００円とアラカルトで追加注文をしました。
メニューを見ていて注文したいなと思うものがコースに含まれていたので、嬉しいですね。
前菜の秋茄子と鳥ミンチのボロネーゼソースは洋風な味付けで、空きっ腹に濃厚な旨味を届けてくれる嬉しい品。
たたきも気になっていたのでコースに含まれているのは嬉しい。
ブランド鶏の新鮮なムネとモモ。臭みは全くなく美味。特にモモは鶏の旨みも濃く、リピしたい一品。
続いて串が７串続きます。
どれも焼き加減が絶妙でハズレなし。メニュー見て気になっていた希少部位が含まれていたのも嬉しい。
さっぱりと新鮮な鶏肉を堪能できる紫蘇梅のレア焼きや安定のねぎまなど、美味。
特に、トリトロわさびは、鶏のもも肉の脂が乗っているところだけを集めて一串にされた贅沢な串の超希少部位。とってもジューシーで満足度が高いです。
背肝も珍しい希少部位。腎臓です。レバーに近いようで別物ですが、内蔵特有の旨味が最高でした。
追加で頼んだ、ポテトサラダも美味。生ハムとポテトでシンプルな味付けですが、これが良い。
唐揚げも安定の美味しさ。串以外も美味しいのは嬉しいですね。
おいしかったので満腹を感じてからもいろいろ追加注文してしまいました笑
接客も丁寧で、カジュアルなのに本格的に美味しい焼き鳥が堪能できる良店でした。
