Located in Shinjuku Yokocho, a few minutes walk from the Shinjuku East Exit, this is a restaurant where you can casually enjoy yakitori using branded chicken from Hyogo Prefecture, mainly at the counter. I had visited Mr. Nonotori's Nihonbashi branch before, and the restaurant there had a luxurious atmosphere similar to a Japanese restaurant, but this one uses the same ingredients but has a more casual atmosphere where you can enjoy branded yakitori. can. I went there at 8pm on a weekday, and the store was busier than I expected, even though it's so close to Shinjuku Station! Maybe Shinjuku Yokocho itself is not well known...? I think it's quite a hidden gem. Orders are made by scanning a QR code and entering the order from your smartphone. I remember that the Nihonbashi store mainly served sake, but this one also had a great selection of drinks such as sours and cocktails. I ordered wine. The cheapest wine starts at ¥580, so I think the alcohol prices are reasonable! What I personally like about Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is that for some of the "Shisome" and "Munewasa" menus, you can choose the degree of grilling: rare or well-cooked! As someone who likes rare, I was really happy to be able to choose the degree of doneness. Also, there was a rare part of the dish, the back liver, which was very delicious. It's a little pricey at ¥495 per bottle, but it's rich and delicious, so I highly recommend it. Please note that you must order at least 5 bottles per person. So, rather than mainly drinking alcohol and only snacking on food, you should go here when you really want to eat Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). Although it is called "Yokocho", it doesn't feel crowded on weekdays, and the interior is clean, so I think this is a Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) that is easy to visit with women or on a date. ——✎The food and drinks we received—— I give ◎ to the particularly delicious ones!
