新宿三丁目駅にあるバルト9を渡った先にあるダイニングバーで店名どおり肉を主に取り扱っている
雰囲気に合った音楽やテレビが流れている。
日曜の12時半くらいに来てみたが、
混雑すること無く入れたのは時間帯的に助かる
ドリンクバー、スープ、サラダがセルフサービスなのはありがたいところ。
利用はしなかったが、WiFiも完備している。
客層は若干若め。外国人観光客も来ている。
注文したのは、
和牛サシトロ海鮮丼(2000円)
ウニやイクラ、キャビア等がふんだんに乗った海鮮丼で1番人気との事で注文
食してみたが、サシトロとウニ、イクラが相性良すぎて美味い。
藻塩や岩塩、イクラの塩気が丁度いいのもあり、若干キャビアは不要な感じ
スープも濃い味付けとなっており、美味かった。
単純に贅沢な逸品であり、値段と合っている。
夜メニューはどうなのかまでは見ていなかったが、品としては期待出来そうな感じがあった。
