コスパ抜群なお寿司屋さん
新宿横丁の一角にある、築地青空三代目の支店。
カウンター7席のみの潔さ
コースはガソリンスタンドを模してレギュラー、ハイオクそれぞれの満タンで、4コース。
毎回ハイオクのコースを選んでます。
7月から板さんが変わりました。
今回の板さんのお寿司は結構沈みます。
なので置かれたら、写真即撮り、即食なのでブレまくり。
シャリが少し硬めの前半と少し柔らかくなった後半。後半の方が好きです。
少し炙ったノドグロ、海老が特に印象に残りました。
平貝の磯部焼きが、前回より薄くてちょっと貝の味が弱かったのが残念。
他の物は勿論平均点以上で美味しく頂きました。
また伺います。

Tsukiji Aozora's third generation branch is located in a corner of Shinjuku Yokocho. There are only 7 seats at the counter, and the 4-course meal is modeled after a gas station, with full tanks of both regular and high-octane gas. I usually choose high-octane courses. This time, it seems that the board has changed since February, so although the menu remains the same, the contents have changed. The grip is also the best fit for me so far.
