新宿横丁（トップスハウスビル１階に飲食店が立ち並ぶ横丁スタイルの空間）にあるカウンター７席のみの本格江戸前寿司。築地青空三代目の系列。EDOMAE SS の SS は、以前はスシ・スタンド（立ち食い）の意味だったものが、席が用意されてスシ・ステーションの意味になったらしい。
おまかせのコースは４種類あるが、質・量とも一番上の《ハイオク満タン》コースでも1,1000円で本格江戸前寿司がいただける。コスパが高い。
「横丁」らしく気が向いた時にふらっと立ち寄れると最高なのだが、座席数が少なく人気も高いので、事前予約は必須。
