すべて個室で、焼師と呼ばれる方がお肉を焼いてくれるお店です。コースのみで、4名くらいで行かないと選択肢が少なくなります。3〜4名から注文可能なコースが多いためです。

少量で多種多様な料理を味わえるコースでした。
肉には基本サシが入っており、大量に食べると気持ち悪くなるかもしれません。少量なので美味しくいただける上に、要所要所にさっぱりめの料理が入ってくるので、最後まで胃もたれすることもありません。1万円でもこれだけ満足度の高いコースですから、3万円以上となるとどうなるのやら・・・
うしごろ系列の中でも高級路線のUSHIGORO S.でした。アラカルトで食べたいときには、同じビルの1階上に焼肉うしごろがあります。
