パートナーからこういうお店があると聞いて初めて知りました
調べてみると最近、テレビで取材を受けているようでした
伊勢丹の目の前にあるのでアクセスは良いですし
お店の場所がわかりやすいです
お店の中の雰囲気は一言で言うと「お花バー」でした
お通しの代わりに好きなお花を1つ選べるという斬新ながら思わず嬉しくなるサービスがまず入って早々の驚きでした！（季節のお花や花言葉、自分の持ってる花瓶に合うかまでかなり決めるまでのプロセスを楽しくさせてくれて、この時点で一つのエンターテイメントでした）
限られた時間である程度、テンポ良く回さないといけないはずですが、その一方でお客さんに、「好きなお花を選んでもらう」のはかなり、時間管理が難しい部分も多分にあるはずですが、急かされることもなくとてもサービスレベルが高いと思いました
店内はお昼もプロジェクションマッピングを使ってモネの絵を描いていて、夜に近いような雰囲気になっていて時間を忘れさせてくれます。
この日は、ロールキャベツ、チキンステーキ、ロメインレタスのグリルシーザーサラダをいただきました
ロメインレタスは結構、量が多いのですが、普段なかなかここまでの量の野菜取れないので野菜たくさん取れて良かったです
クルトンやナッツも混ぜてあるので、シャキシャキとした食感の中にもカリッと食感が一部あってアクセントになっています(^^)
ロールキャベツもかなりサイズが大きくて、切り分けないと食べられないくらいで、これで結構お腹が満たされました
お昼は他にもワインとハムの食べ放題のメニューもあってオシャレです。次は夜にも行ってみたいなと思いました
