コロナ前には中国出張も年イチで行っていましたがそれも四年前までのお話…
今回は寒くなってきたということもありゴジラホテルの目の前という最高の立地にある火鳳祥鮮貨火鍋さんへ。
今回は火鳳祥コースでオーダー。
まずはペースト状になっている固形物が入ったお鍋が鎮座します。
そこにお水をドボドボ…
次に色々な具が到着。
海老つみれ、湯葉、マロニー？、牛肉、羊肉、野菜盛り合わせなと…
気持ちの行くままに好きな具をドボドボ入れれば火鍋の完成でございます。
肝心なお味ですが…ただ辛いだけの鍋でもなく、奥に秘めた深い味もなく…といった感じです
再訪はない…です…
