マグロ中落ち499円、フグ卵巣糠漬け699円、まんぼう薄造り799円、明太ポテサラ799円。
お通しに刺し盛り3種、まんぼうの仕入れルートは気になるところです(笑)
中落ちは本マグロで、2枚の海苔では足りないボリュームなのにこの価格。
ポテサラも甘めのスイーツっぽさが良く、花火付き(笑)
他にもオリジナリティのあるマグロ系料理が盛りだくさん、今後にかけて制覇していきます。
