都内でムーガタ(タイスキ)を食べたいと思い伺いました。
タイビールのシンハーとお通しの揚げ物をつまみながら待ちます。
1品料理の蒸し鶏やサテーも結構早く出てくれるのが嬉しいですね。
ムーガタは2人前でも結構ボリュームがあります。
野菜を出汁で煮て鉄板部分で肉を焼く。肉汁がスープに流れて味が複雑になる素晴らしい料理でした。
