ひとりでしゃぶしゃぶ。憧れでしたが、それが楽しめました。
牛バラ、豚バラ、豚ロース、野菜、全てSサイズ、あとラーメンで、
1800円くらい。
牛バラは和牛とは書いていなかったので、
グレードは低そうでしたが、おいしかったです。
豚もよかったです。
ポン酢とごまだれ、合うよね。
肉については、食べ放題のしゃぶしゃぶ肉を想像していたので、
より美味しく感じたのかも。
開店したばかりなのもあって、店員さんも元気で丁寧でよかったです。
ただ、ちょっと食べにくいなぁ、とは感じました。
鍋はカウンターに設置のコンロにあるので、
綺麗に食べるなら、タレを鍋に近づける必要があるわけで。
不器用な人はタレ、落とすかもしれん。
あと、ラーメンはお盆に乗らないので、
幅とりますから、隣の席にも人がいるときは、結構気を使うかも、とか。
回転率と快適性の問題。
でも、ひとりでしゃぶしゃぶ楽しめるのは楽しかったので、
また行きたいです。
