In addition to the standard Chinese cabbage, mizuna, carrots, enoki mushrooms, shimeji, and tofu, there are also sweet potatoes and beets. I was able to enjoy it without getting bored. With S size, you can get half of the vegetables you need for one day. By the way, it seems that you can take one day's worth of L size. The meat is pork belly and beef ribs. There were about 10 and 5 pieces each, and it was quite satisfying for two people who don't eat too much. I didn't get a drink this time, but if you take the stub after watching a movie at TOHO Cinemas Shinjuku on the upper floor of the same building, you will get one free drink.
