南新宿エリアの住宅街、少し奥まった場所にカレー屋さんの旗を発見。こんなところにカレー屋が…？
しかも奥は別のお店のよう。手前のコンテナブースとテーブル席がカレー屋さんの様子。QRコードでオンライン注文するタイプのお店でした。
粉タイプのルーを作っているご兄弟のお店のようなので、それはぜひともカレーのルーをしかと味わいたいと思い、シンプルめに行こうと選んだ結果。
○鶏チャーシューのクラフトカレー
柔らかくてジューシィな鶏チャーシューももちろん良いのですが、やはり、カレーがなんとも美味しい。
旨みと辛みがしっかりしていて、市販のルーとは違うもんだなあと感心しながら頂きました。
ルーを購入するか迷ったものの、次回に持ち越し。
次はキーマカレーにしようかな。
