A good restaurant where you can casually enjoy lettuce. A variety of lettuces with strong flavors will be available. shabu shabu is recommended. Many of the dishes are mildly seasoned and refreshing, but each one has its own distinctive flavor, so you'll never be disappointed. On this day, the meat was sold out before 7pm, so when I checked directly with the staff, I was told that I could order it. Since the order was placed on a smartphone, it seems like that's what it says on the display. My recommended drink is the unsweetened lemon sour. I don't like sweets, so I like something a little dry with nothing but the sweetness of lemon. The inside of the store has a cute and bright atmosphere full of love for lettuce, and the location seems to be very good as it is close to Shinjuku Station. There's a mysterious box fixed next to the table, which is a bit of a nuisance, but I think it's probably a fire evacuation ladder. Maybe this can't be helped. This is a restaurant you'll want to come back to when you want to eat lettuce again.
