接待で利用しました。
新宿駅西口から歩いて5分ぐらいのところにあります。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気でカウンター席、完全個室があります。
カウンター席には板前さんがいて、完全個室席は周りを気にせず飲食を楽しめる壁、扉付きの完全個室席。
今回は4人ぐらいがゆったり座れそうなテーブルの完全個室に案内してもらいました。
プレミアム生ビール熟撰で乾杯し、コース料理の前菜が登場。
もずく酢や銀鱈の西京焼き、さつまいもの甘露煮などそれぞれ味わいや食感が異なる見栄えも良い前菜の盛り合わせでした。
続いてお造りとして鰹の付けが登場。
じっくり漬けられたためか、身がほろほろでさっぱりとした味が鰹とマッチしていて美味しい！
焼き物は太刀魚の塩焼き。
塩加減と焼き加減が良く、また、身はかなりジューシー。
太刀魚をあまり食べる機会がなかったのでどんなものかと思いながら恐る恐る食べましたが、めちゃくちゃジューシーで美味しかったです。
そしてお寿司4種が登場。
赤身、バフンウニなどを楽しめました。
シャリの多さとネタの大きさのバランスがちょうど良く、存分にネタを楽しめるお鮨でした。
お次は小丼として生いくらの丼が登場。
ミニサイズで可愛らしい丼です。
いくらに関しては正直どこで食べても美味しく感じてしまうぐらい好物なのですが、こちらのお店のいくらはぷちっと噛んだ後に広がる独特の風味が上品で、しょっぱさも絶妙。
小丼と言わずガッツリでかい丼で食べたい美味しいいくら丼でした。
茶碗蒸しはまろやかで無難に美味しく、その後にまたお鮨が登場。
干瓢巻きや穴子、トロなど大満足なお鮨でした。
デザートはほうじ茶のアイス。
上がりと一緒にいただきました。
話が盛り上がったというのもありますが、コース内容の満足度がかなり高く、期待以上でした！
また、店員さんのサービスが良く、接客のレベルも高かったなぁと…。
外すことはないお店かと思います！
