2022年7月1日。本日オープン。
開店5分前に着いたらまさかのPP。
新規オープンの一番乗りは何だか気持ちがいい。
高田馬場店には、今までに100回くらい行ったんじゃないかな。
1来店で1回のスタンプカード。
25回で好きなメニュー無料のやつ。
4枚は満タンになったから。
今は職場が馬場から離れて、3ヶ月に1回くらいのペースになってしまった。
先ず一番お気に入りの豚つけ蕎麦を購入。
いつもの券売機と違い最新版だが、ちょっと勝手が違う。
札入れる場所も分かりにくい。
クレジットカードにも対応している。
カウンター12席くらいと4人テーブル3卓。
あれ？4卓だった？
新規なので大変綺麗でいい雰囲気。
水を飲んでいると数分で提供される。
ビジュアルは馬場と同じ。
蕎麦をディップして食べる。
オリジナルのつけ汁も、馬場と全く同じ味が楽しめる。
蕎麦が少し違う。見た目は変わらないんだが。
蕎麦のストレートがやや強めなのかな。茹で時間か。
どっちの方が美味いと言う訳ではない。
同じ味が楽しめると思う。
豚も脂身の少ないしゃぶ肉のようで大変美味い。
胡麻と酢を投入して食べる。
残り1/3に玉子を入れて食べる。
最後は蕎麦湯で楽しむ。
美味いな。
新宿で食えるのもいいし、11:00開店も嬉しい。
