最近よく目にするようになったラー油入りのつけだれにつけるタイプのそばのお店。野村ビルの地下にあります。土曜13時過ぎに訪問し5割くらいの客の入り。
豚つけそばを注文。温かいつけだれに唐辛子とラー油が入っています。塩分は思ったより濃くないかな？
この手の蕎麦にしては量は控えめですが、蕎麦の香りをしっかり感じます。具材の肉もおいしい。
総じて同様の蕎麦を出す他店と比較して上品でおいしい蕎麦という印象でした。次は冷たいつけ蕎麦も試してみたいと思いました。夜は居酒屋みたいな営業形態のようであり、そちらも行ってみたい。
