雰囲気も良し！ガレットもパンケーキも絶品！
【全体的に】
・ホテルの１階にオープンしたばかり
店内は広くテラス席もある
ゆったりした席配置で、ゆっくり話せるのも嬉しい
奥には半個室も有り。使い勝手が良い。
・休日の12：00頃に行って、２割程度の客入り
・セットが1700～2300円程度なので、ビジネスランチにしては少し高いが、
飲み物付きだし、空間も広いし、美味しかったので満足。
・平日には1500円のパスタランチセットもあるみたい
・ガレットとパスタ、お肉のランチセットとパンケーキが昼のメイン。
ガレットが一押しのようで、種類も一番豊富。なので、選択肢は結構ある
ただ、2300円のセットが多いので、コスパはガレットが一番悪いかも・・・？

雰囲気だけのお店ではないのが嬉しい。

・飲み物は追加料金を払うと、お酒やカフェラテなどにも変更可能
・本日のスープはごぼうのポタージュ。これは普通。
・ガレットの種類により金額が異なるが、ボリュームゾーンが2200円
・生地は周りがパリッとしていて、焼き加減が最高
・上にたっぷり乗ったマッシュルームとパルミジャーノ、トリュフの香りがたまらない
具と生地のバランスも、食材の組み合わせも最高
・卵も半熟。
・1800円くらいだったら、かなり満足度が高いのだけど。。。
「パンケーキ：自家製塩キャラメルソース＆バニラアイス」（税込1518円）

ランチは、デザートかパンケーキなどの注文で、ドリンク200円引き
・塩キャラメルソースが超濃厚。
焦がし加減が絶妙で、バニラアイスともよく合う。
・アイスと生クリームが乗っているのもポイント高い
キャラメリゼされたクルミも良いアクセント
・ふんわり、プルプルのパンケーキは、スフレタイプ。
・丁寧に作られていて、非常に美味しい。
こちらは滞在空間も含めてコスパも高いように思う。

・生パスタは細いけど、モチモチ
・ガレットもそうだけど、ここの生のマッシュルームスライスに、
たっぷりの美味しいチーズが最高に好き
・トリュフの香りもしっかりのミルク感が濃厚のクリームソースが、よく絡まっている。
茸は、シイタケやシメジもあって食感も楽しい。
「牛のカツレツ・チキン（追加）」（2000円ほど）

パンについているホイップバターが美味しい！
・カツレツは、レモンを絞るか、トマトベースのたれをつけるか。
お肉も固すぎず、パサつきもないので普通に美味しい。
・焼き野菜も付け合わせであるので、ヘルシーな感じが嬉しい。

・昼も夜も雰囲気の良いお店。
夜は暗めの照明で大人なお店の感じ。でも子連れにも優しい。
（メインのソファー席とは離れた席に案内されたけど）
・テラス席も季節によっては良さそう。
まだ認知度が低いのか、店内はお客さんが半分もいなかった。
・ドリンクも充実。ノンアルコールも色々
雨の日は半額になるワインも～♪
・料理は、夜も間違いのない美味しさ。
それでいてリーズナブルなので大満足。

「大人のブリュレ仕立てハニーチーズ」（税込770円）

・上はブリュレなので、パリパリの飴状。
・チーズは、ふんわり、滑らかで重たすぎない。
ドライフルーツ入り。
・間違いないやつ。
「クリスピーガレット たっぷりマッシュルームとベーコンのおつまみガレット」（税込858円）

・ガレットは2000円なのに、こちらはお得。
・どうかな？と思ったけど、素材は同じなので間違いない美味しさ。満足度は非常に高い
・上のベーコンは、カリカリで凝縮されていて、硬いけど噛みしめるほど旨味が出て良い感じ。
・細かく削られたチーズは、口でふわっと溶ける～☆
「トリュフ香る カリッ！っとフライドポテト」（税込748円）

・かなりしっかり揚がっていて、周りは本当にカリカリ。
・揚げたてで、味付けも濃い目で、胡椒がアクセントとなってお酒が進む。
・ここまで細部まで好みのフライドポテトは、あるようで意外とないので嬉しい。

・大好きすぎるプルプル、ふわふわ、しゅわっとしたタイプ
それでも、しっかりした大きさがあって、アイスも生クリームもあって
お腹が満たされるのが嬉しい。
・ベリーも濃厚
・塩キャラメルのクオリティが高すぎるので、相対的には塩キャラメルのパンケーキの勝ち！
