平日の夜に予約をして２人で初訪問しました。新宿駅からすぐ近くの好立地です。
焼鳥 るい家は2022年8月爆誕。
備長炭の高火力で焼き上げる至極の焼鳥が新宿で堪能できます。
外観もおしゃれでオトナにぴったり、内装も和モダンな空間でし。
店内は目の前で焼き上げられるカウンターと、テーブル席もあります。
平日ですが訪問時満席の人気店。
コースは焼鳥コース（おつまみ＋焼鳥）or堪能コース（〆,甘味付き）で5200円〜7200円。
おなかの具合見てコースに串追加も可能です。
この日は串焼き10本堪能コース7200円を注文、最後にちょうちんを追加しました。
近火の高火力で焼き上げる焼鳥は鶏の旨みが引き出されててどれも絶品。

串の一本目！一本目にハツモト珍しいなと思ったけど納得。
衝撃のぷるっぷる加減！噛むとあまい肉汁がじゅわ~と溢れて最高です。
レバー
ふっくら焼き上がったレバー！
噛むととろっとろの絶妙の焼き加減！
臭みもなく素材も処理の良さも感じる至極の一品でした。
塩マスカルポーネアイス
かなりおいしいアイス。コースのデザートはいろいろ選べますがこれはおすすめです。
そのままでもおいしいし、オリーブオイルと熟成味醂をかけても◎
デートでも会食でも普段使いもできる万能店だと感じました。
