西新宿の喧騒から離れたエリアにある比較的新しい焼鳥店。新宿で展開する人気焼鳥居酒屋グループの高級ライン。店内はL字カウンター中心のモダンで落ち着いた雰囲気で、目の前で炭焼きの仕事を見ながらゆったりと飲むことができる。
この日は大山鶏と福島の伊達鶏が中心でいずれの串も創意があり印象に残るおいしさだったため、当初のオーダーおまかせ8本から途中で10本に変更。また何気に締めの鶏白湯ラーメンも単体で成立するくらいおいしい。
接客の感じも良くトータルで素晴らしいお店。焼鳥激戦区の新宿でも屈指の名店だと思う。
