3回目くらいの訪問なのですが、火入れはミディアムな感じなので、一般的に1番好まれる火入れ具合だと思います。
食べログのコースメニューを見て頂くと分かるのですが、締めに土鍋ご飯で炊いたご飯に親子丼を提供してると書かれてるのですが、一度も親子丼が出てきた事も親子丼にしますか？みたいな事を聞かれた事もない。そして、他の席で親子丼を食べてる人が1人もいない…。
もし無いのであれば、コースの締めが親子丼と明記してあるのは消して頂きたい。
炊き立てのご飯に、少量の海苔の佃煮とたたき梅と塩だけで、土鍋ご飯一つを食べさせるのはちょっとキツイ！
1人2膳半の量のお米に対してのおかずが少ないのが凄く残念です。
